Job Title Support Administrator - Co.Waterford
Description

Our client, a Co. Waterford based company currently have a vacancy for a Support Administrator. The ideal candidate will have strong telephone and interpersonal skills, good organisation skills and strong IT skills. Previous knowldege and experience with accounts packages is a distinct advantage.

The role:

  • Monitor support calls and emails to ensure they are being answered within the agreed service levels
  • Ensure all requests are logged and updated correctly on relevant databases
  • Ensure a sufficient support plan is in place to handle all queries
  • Provide support when required to support agents – taking calls and act on emails if required
  • Consistently review cases and keep the customer updated
  • Escalate cases when required
  • Get customer feedback on the service provided and record response in the relevant area
  • Maintain support area on the website and keep CRM updated

The person:

  • Previous experience and knowledge of accounting procedures and business software
  • Past experience in a customer support or help desk environment
  • Previous administration experience
  • Excellent IT skills – knowledge of Sage a distinct advantage
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
