Job Title Marketing Manager (Customer)
Description

Our client currently has an exciting job available for an experienced Customer Marketing Manager who will be responsible for building and executing the Customer Marketing strategy in line with client business goals based in City West. The role would suit someone who's passionate about building engagement with customers, whilst driving business results.

Responsibilities

  • Define the customer marketing strategy, with Head of Marketing.
  • Define annual customer marketing plan, objectives and goals
  • Use customer insights to develop and implement an integrated customer marketing programme, that supports our business objectives to engage, retain and grow our client base.
  • Create and execute the customer communications programme
  • Develop and drive integrated campaigns that support account management pipeline and revenue targets
  • Attend customer meetings and events, and retune the voice of the customer back into the marketing team
  • Create value selling stories (case studies, webinar/event presentations etc.) that educate and engage our customers
  • Devise advocacy programme and materials, including testimonials, case studies, win announcements, and speaking opportunities
  • Manage our customer event participation in industry and CoreHR conferences
  • Provide monthly customer programme reviews to monitor progress and continually optimise
  • Keep up to date on the latest customer marketing trends, tools and best practice
Skills / Experience

  • 4 years' experience in Customer Marketing Manager position
  • Proven track record of developing and delivering a strategy for a B2B/tech company
  • Experience in the development and execution of integrated campaigns to support the upsell/cross sell of products to an existing customer base
  • Have proven experience in writing value selling stories/content (emails, newsletters, presentations, case studies etc.)
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build cross functional relationships
  • The ability to drive return on investment from marketing activity
Required

  • BA/BS degree required
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to use data to support all decisions
  • Be self-motivated, proactive and takes initiative with fantastic time and priority management skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in marketing automation (E.g. Hubspot)
  • Experience using a CRM platform (Salesforce an advantage)
  • Proficient use of Adobe Design Suite
