Description

My client, a well established healthcare organisation is currently seeking a self-motivated, honest and exceptionally customer friendly Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all customer queries and daily appointments
  • Manage a switchboard
  • Handle all booking requirements and log all visitors in/out
  • Manage meeting room bookings and diary coordination
  • Order office supplies
  • Provide assistance with various office duties as and when required

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of providing excellent customer service ideally within a healthcare setting. You will be IT proficient in MSOffice andExcel. You will be honest, reliable and flexible in your approach. You will enjoy meeting new people and will possess the ability of building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
