Job Title Purchase Order Assistant

My client, a well established organisation in Cork is currently seeking a Purchasing Order Assistant to provide administrative support to the Purchasing Team

Key responsibilities of this role:

Provide data entry support to the Purchasing team

Accurately input data from customer supplied purchase orders to SAP

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and internal managers

Review and process orders according to company guidelines

Complete various administration duties as and when required

The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background and experience of SAP. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be able to demonstrate experience in MS Outlook, Word and Excel. You will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
