Finance Administrator, City Centre

Our client, a leading organisation is seeking to hire a Finance Administrator for their City Centre (Dublin 2) office, working as part of the Operations Team.

The role will involve day to day preparing of reports, generating DD's, form filling for despatch of stamps etc., despatching to customers

Reporting to the Billing Manager you will be responsible for duties below.
· Creates, updates, and revises records or files
· Processing Refunds – Processing Rebates
· Monthly invoice runs
· Bank reconciliation
· Generating Stamp Direct Debits.
· Reconcile debtor’s accounts
· Running direct debit files on a daily basis
· Ensuring payment terms are met
· Resolve agent queries as required
· Refund queries
· Dealing with External providers
· Weekly and monthly reporting of sales figures
· General Administration work
· Any other adhoc projects

Key Attributes:
· The ideal candidate will possess the following:
· approx 1 years experience in a similar role
· Working towards a financial qualification
· Excellent computer skills particularly MS Excel
· Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail
· Professional, responsible and flexible attitude
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
