R.T.Lane Recruitment have a great opportunity for an In House Recruiter in a Medical Devices company in Cork.

If your looking to make a move in House and see things from the otherside of the table then this could be a great opportunity for you.

Role:

  • Ensure that open positions are approved in line with the defined approval and headcount process.
  • Attend Strategy Meeting with Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner
  • Manage relationships with Recruitment Agencies
  • Manage the Internal Mobility Programme and Referral Programme
  • Participate and assist in the co-ordination of various staffing initiatives including Graduate Recruitment Fairs, University Careers Fairs, Open Days, Assessment Centres
  • Interview candidates with the hiring leader and HR Business Partner
  • Ensure all aptitude tests, where appropriate, are carried out by competent assessors and candidates meet the job specification standards.
  • Provide timely feedback to candidates and agencies. Update internal candidates of their status in the process and provide feedback.
  • Manage relocation support and process visa application as appropriate.
  • Ensure recruitment process is followed and managed through Applicant Tracking System
  • Ensure Metrics and Reporting are completed accurately and timely
  • Process all agency invoices and ensure that recruitment activities are cost effective and in line with budget allocation.
  • Work closely and flexibly with other HR team members in all locations
  • Participate in Global Talent Acquisition Projects
  • All other duties as required

Qualifications:

  • Degree in HRM (CIPD recognised) or equivalent or relevant experience required
    • Minimum 2 years experience of excellent Talent Acquisition support to multiple business functions in fast paced environment
    • Strong customer service focus essential
    • Ability to work on multiple roles and projects simultaneously and manage time effectively
    • Ability to influence and partner with business leaders and HR Partners
    • High level of personal organization and attention to detail
    • Strong communication skills, keeping managers and HR Partners updated regularly
