Description

FRS Recruitment are currently recruiting an experienced Recruiter / Talent Acquisition candidate for a permanent OR contract role (if that is a preference) based in Dublin South.

Overview

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing global recruitment plans
  • Build and manage relationships with stakeholders
  • Work in partnership with hiring managers on all things recruitment
  • Managing the time to hire process is as efficient as possible
  • Participating in job fairs

Role Requirements

  • Experience as a seasoned Recruiter, Senior Recruiter, Team Lead/Manager or Talent Acquisition - both in-house recruitment and agency/RPO recruitment experience considered
  • In-depth experience of using a wide range of direct sourcing methods to attract suitable candidates in line with cost constraints.
  • Have a proactive and methodical approach with the ability to work to key targets, under pressure and within tight timelines with multiple vacancies to source.
  • Excellent prioritizing and organization skills to work methodically and accurately within a compliant and regulated business with the ability to link business objectives with recruitment strategy.
  • Ability to work independently within a team environment, using own initiative and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to influence.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and all levels and build strong relationships, ability to listen and understand the needs of the business and candidates.
  • Ability to negotiate rates/salaries, and present and sell candidates to the business.
  • Experience of designing assessment processes for executive level positions.
  • In-depth experience of using Taleo.
  • Pharm experience desirable but not essential
