Job Title Sales Executive-Security Systems
Description

Major contracts for complete Building Management systems in all areas of Security

Responsibilities

  • To sell security solutions and systems to new and existing accounts via end users, consultants and contractors
  • Deliver order intake, revenue and margin in line with agreed targets
  • Consistently develop new business and deliver on own & team targets
  • Develop customer awareness, marketing action plans and strategies to increase profile within strategic market sectors
  • Tracking of competitor activities, products, systems, market prices and developments
  • Produce monthly reports that provide details of activities and developments; call plans, funnel, pipeline etc
  • As necessary support team with coaching & mentoring to meet sales targets
  • Accurate bid management developing logical solutions that meet customer objectives with competitive advantage
  • Effectively prepare, present and communicate values in bids. Negotiate value, address resistance when demonstrated, and close sale
  • Compliance with regulatory, health & safety, and quality standards
  • Ensure utilisation of company standard processes and working instruction
Person specification

  • Highly motivated results driven, self-starter
  • 5 years experience of working with major clients
  • Extensive knowledge of Security market
  • Extensive knowledge of national standards
  • Established negotiating skills
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels, in both technical and non technical basis
