We have an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join our Team at The Malton, Killarney.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out general administration duties on a daily basis.
  • Administration of all documentation for new starters and leavers
  • Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies)
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Carry out the administrative tasks in the recruitment process, e.g., prepare recruitment documents; draft and place adverts; manage applications; schedule interviews etc.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated to new and existing staff
  • Ensure all HR policies and procedures are kept up to date
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training sessions
  • Assist with the induction of new employees
  • Administer HR-related documentation, such as contracts of employment, letters of employment etc
Skills Required

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills
  • Fluent English is essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to deal with sensitive situations in a confidential manner
  • Proficiency in excel and word etc
