Your Duties & Responsibilities

• Ownership of the evolution of the Sage Integration Contract which enables integration between Sages three current CRM products (Sage CRM, Saleslogix, ACT!) and the Sage ERP products globally.
• Responsible for providing technical advice and consulting on integration projects for Sage ERP Development teams and externally to Sage Business Partners
• Works closely with Development, Architects, Product Management and Product Marketing teams to gain a common understanding of requirements of the CRM and ERP teams
• Technical ability to understand the architecture of the GCRM contract and troubleshoot the implementation of the contract
• Responsible for Development of a Roadmap for the development of the GCRM Integration contract based on feedback and experiences from the v1 implementation
• Conducts requirements Analysis and Specification for particular areas of the contract and works with Product Management/Development/Business Analysts to ensure required functionality is added in a release.
• An evangelist for the GCRM Integration Contract, especially with new  ERP teams considering integration to any of the Sage CRM products
• Delivery through management of professionals to implement and achieve Sages business plans regarding the integration contract.
• Comprehensive understanding of the concepts and principles in their subject area in order to resolve issues that have an impact even beyond own team / area.
• Strong communication and influencing skills required to present highly complex ideas and convince others often at a senior level, both internally and externally primarily in own subject area but occasionally in other disciplines.
